There are plenty of ways you'd be welcome to help!

Purchase from Nancy Zapf in Bldg G. If you need tools or help to install, her handy hubby Burger will be happy to oblige.

Single Stream Recycling
Several TBYC buildings now offer residents the choice to recycle. If you live in one of those lucky buildings, you'll find a recycle bin next to the trash dumpster. Using it is optional. If you want to take part, please do!

Single Stream Recycling means that you don't have to sort glass, plastic, paper and metal. Just collect your recyclable items together and dump them into the recycle bin. All items must be empty and clean. Do not enclose them in plastic trash bags. Please flatten cardboard boxes to make more room for more items.

What's currently not recyclable? Plastic bags, styrofoam, shipping peanuts, and food waste. Here's the full list of Items Not Recyclable.

Property Owners' Association (POA) Board Meetings

POA board meetings are held in the TBYC Clubhouse, usually on the fourth Thursday of each month at 10 am.
All TBYC property owners are welcome to attend.

Board members are your elected representatives. There is opportunity for comments and questions on agenda items, but these are meetings of the board, primarily for them to hear reports and take necessary votes.

If you would like them to address a specific subject, please ask your Building Rep in advance whether it can be added to the agenda.
